How to Use Your Brass Incense Burner

1. Choose a safe location. Place the brass bowl on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface, away from curtains, furniture, children and pets.
2. Prepare the burner. For additional heat protection, place a layer of suitable heat-resistant sand or ash inside the bowl to support the charcoal.
3. Light your charcoal. Using suitable charcoal tongs, ignite an incense charcoal disc according to its instructions. Allow it to ignite fully and develop a layer of glowing ash before adding resin.
4. Add your incense resin. Carefully place a small piece of frankincense, myrrh, copal or your preferred incense resin onto the hot charcoal.
5. Enjoy the fragrance. Allow the gentle heat to release the natural aroma of your chosen resin. Add small amounts as desired.
6. Allow it to cool completely. Leave the burner undisturbed until the charcoal and bowl are completely cold before handling or emptying it.
