Description

Kokie Cha is a tradional Japanese tea. The tea is processed by grinding the raw leaf into a powder and forming it into a paste by mixing with water. It is then passed through a mesh to create the fine, regular strands that are characteristic of this remarkable tea, with pale yellow liquor with a distinctively fresh, nutty flavour.
