How to Brew Earl Grey Lab Blend

For the best flavour, use approximately 2–3g of loose leaf tea per cup.

1. Bring freshly drawn water to approximately 90–95°C.
2. Add 2–3g of Earl Grey Lab Blend to your cup, teapot or tea infuser.
3. Pour over the hot water.
4. Allow to infuse for approximately 3–5 minutes.
5. Remove or strain the leaves and flowers.
6. Enjoy.

For a lighter, more delicate cup, reduce the brewing time. For a stronger and more aromatic infusion, use slightly more tea or extend the brewing time.
